These policies apply to all companies in LBN Group, namely: London Business Network, WA Marketing, and Smart-Host UK.
Form of Payment
Clients must provide a valid payment card when placing orders. We accept all major credit cards. Payment details are securely stored with Stripe, our trusted payment processing provider, ensuring safe and compliant handling of financial information.
For recurring payments, clients may pay via their card on file or BACS direct debit. We do not accept cheques or cash and non-automated forms of payment. By placing an order with us, clients agree to our terms and conditions.
Billing Process
Payments are charged to the client’s payment card on file immediately upon placing orders. Orders are processed and confirmed only after payments have been successfully received. Project-based orders are delivered via Basecamp.
Free Revisions
Clients are entitled to two complimentary revisions for each piece of artwork, written content, or consultancy service we deliver. These two rounds allow for reasonable adjustments and ensure the final product or service meets expectations.
Additional Paid Revisions
If further revisions are required beyond the two complimentary rounds, including for fixed-price or retainer-based projects, additional charges will apply. These revisions will be billed according to our standard rate card and the seniority of the consultant delivering the service.
Client Approval and Reopening Tasks
All tasks require client approval on the record on Basecamp. Once tasks have been signed off and approved by clients, tasks will be closed. Any subsequent revisions or the reopening of those tasks will incur additional costs.
Automatic Payments, Suspension, and Reinstatement of Services
Clients will receive automated email reminders for recurring and outstanding payments, as well as for expiring payment cards.
LBN members and partners will receive automated email reminders 14 days before their membership or partnership is renewed. Members and partners may cancel their annual membership or partnership fee up to 14 days before their annual renewal date. Membership and partnership fees are non-refundable once charged.
All services will be automatically suspended if payments are not made within seven (7) days of the due date. Services will be automatically reinstated without prejudice upon receipt of payment.
